Tower Theatre
Fresno, California

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Tower Theatre is a beacon of revitalization that inspired an entire commercial and residential area into a renaissance since its million dollar restoration in 1989 and conversion into a performing arts theatre.

Since then several additional projects have been completed including an expansion of the box office, installation of a neighborhood policing center, HVAC upgrades and asbestos removal.

Fresno’s first coffee house roastery, Java Cafe, was installed by combining two existing retail spaces in the historic shell of the building. An expansion in 1996 added a full service kitchen.

Our firm has been instrumental in the revitalization efforts of this historic landmark and throughout the entire Tower District.
